this logo explains it all for today... its finally the day i have been waiting for.. a day which will mark my official appointment as a head prefect and also the day when all the sufferings and stress of the past few week will be over.. haha.. it's the GESS STUDENT LEADERS' INVESTITURE today!!! lol sadly i woke up late.. so rushing to school. the team captains were invested earlier in the morning, while i also introduced the executive committee of 2007 to the school. it's the usual lesson until 11.45 when we were dismissed for last minute preparation.. nearing the time of the investiture the stress builds up again and i only had one time to practice my speech before the whole thing itself.. was so freaking nervous.. damn.. at 2.30pm it started.. and there was hiccup already.. no school song... dotz.. by now i'm so damn bloody stressed liao.. anyway the rest went on smoothly, my speech, badge taking as well as the cheer part itself.. at long last it was over.. haha..

to gess student leaders: it has been a successful investiture today (except for the school song part) thank you for your co-operation and congratulations as we are now officially Gan Eng Seng School's first batch of student leaders!

to seniors and invited guests: thanks for coming to the investiture, i hope you guys enjoyed it. and thanks to dzaki as well for the drawing, it is damn cool! :)

to mr. chan, ms. tan, and mr. mui and others who contributed to the sli, thank you very much, it would not have been successful if you guys weren't there to help us. THANK YOU!

to excom: it's finally over.. from now on we can take things easier.. oh we still have to do AAR as well as the prefects' interview though :P
